It’s been more than a decade since fall saw me heading back to school but that has never stopped me from seeing each September as the start of the new academic year. Seriously, this is when I set goals, make resolutions and generally get amped about stuff. This year’s quest for sexy knowledge has made this back-to-school time even more fun! As I may have mentioned (roughly elevnety billion times) I live super close to a Good Vibrations outpost (what’s up Brookline!?) and I have gotten to take a couple of classes in the last few weeks. In addition to amusing the hell out of my co-workers (It’s fun to go into work and say “So, spent an hour with a dildo in my mouth last night. How are you?”) this has enabled me to meet amazing educators like Megan Andelloux and Reid Mihalko (third consecutive post mentioning Reid…I’m thinking of making this a drinking game, I say “Reid Mihalko” you do a shot, I effuse about his coolness you chug- who’s in?) and learn so much! I’ve expanded my knowledge base on anatomy, communication, orgasm, lubrication, fellatio, vibrators and trivia- ejaculate leaves the penis at approximately 35 miles per hour, or faster than you can drive in a school zone (Thanks, Megan!) Doesn’t that sound awesome? Check out the Continuing Sex Ed page for learning opportunities- also, if there is an awesome shop in your area please let me know about it, I’d love to have some more geographic diversity up in here.
Now, because I know some of you prefer to do your grown-up learning from the comfort of home and because I am a bit of a bibliophile (I know, I’ve been way remiss in updating the Bedhead Approved Reading page- soon, Bedheads, I promise!) I’ve got some books to recommend to keep those dirty minds growing. If you’re not a reader, have no fear these are all keep-by-the-bedside-use -for-sexy-reference gems. Without further adieu I present you with:
