Lots of companies like to toss around the word “innovative” like confetti and act like they are bringing out new and different stuff when they are often just rehashing the same stuff over again with different buttons or some other negligible difference but there are a few exceptions in this sea of faux-innovation and one of the biggest is Fun Factory. Fun Factory consistently puts out products that are actually different, that really do things other products don’t and that really feel like they are taking the time to imagine new ways to experience sex toys. Does it always work? No. Do they keep on actually trying? Big, huge yes!
I love Fun Factory for this.
For that reason I am doing something I have kind of been avoiding lately: reviewing a dildo. Generally I feel like I don’t have much to say about dildos. They go in, they go out and size and texture are so subjective reviewing them, for me, is kind of frustrating. Then Fun Factory did something I thought impossible: they made a dildo that made me say “I need to see how that works!”
What is it?
The Fun Factory Bouncer is an adorable 7 inch non-representational dildo with a cool, smooth wavy shape and a suction cup base. Oh, right, the good part- it’s got three weighted balls inside it. If you pick up the Bouncer and shake it you can feel the balls moving and rotating and causing reverberations in the toy. Shaking it is kind of addictive – the cute boy and I found it in a shop and he couldn’t put it down.
Using it:
I was drawn to the idea of a dildo that provides feedback beyond the simple feeling of a phallus plunging into me and I imagined suction cupping the bouncer to a surface and going to town while feeling things give that cool reverberating feeling inside me. Here’s the thing though, when the toy is suctioned to something, it’s not moving, I am. So I quickly discovered that using it in that way took away the sensation from the weighted balls. So, I changed to using it manually and that was better – it did bring back the feeling from the balls but it still wasn’t as intense as I imagined. So what’s happening here? Well, I think that holding a toy in my hand and frantically shaking it in the air is different than moving it in the limited space of my vagina and thus the movement of the weighted balls is different. It’s still cool but I keep comparing it to how it felt when I was just shaking the toy in my hand and there’s no way for it to feel the same in actual use.
So, what’s the upshot?
The Bouncer is a very cool idea and does deliver some very different sensations from any other dildos I’ve ever used. If you frantically shake it in you hand and expect it to feel the same when you masturbate with it, you may be let down but if you go in open to the idea of seeing how the weighted balls interact with your body, you could have some fun with this toy.

These products were provided to me free of change in exchange for my honest review. My review policy is simple: I will never lie about liking a product if I don’t (in fact I probably won’t even write about it) but when I do like something it’s hard to get me to shut up about it.
